AdaChess release 2.1 - GSEI

This is a minor release due to a bug fix that improve evaluation during long caputre-recapture sequence. This is also the release I used in the G-SeI tournament in Como, on 2015, 22th September.

That fix gives the engine an estimated 50 ELO point.
